These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 456bd1 platform (456bd1.cam) and all associated services. By opening an account on 456bd1, using the platform, or accessing any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

1. Definitions and Scope

The following terms used in these Terms carry the meanings set out below:

  • "Platform" means the 456bd1 website, mobile site and all associated digital services.
  • "User" or "You" means any registered or unregistered visitor on 456bd1.
  • "Account" means the personal profile registered on the platform.
  • "Wallet" means the digital balance linked to your 456bd1 account.
  • "Bonus" means promotional funds, free spins or other rewards.

These Terms apply to all users located in Bangladesh and the version written in Bengali shall be considered authoritative.

2. Account Registration

By opening an account on 456bd1, you confirm the following:

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

456bd1 may request completion of an account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) process at any time. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport or other government-approved identity document. If verification is not completed within the specified period, the account may be temporarily restricted.

3. Age Restrictions

All 456bd1 services are available only to users aged 21 and above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

If a user is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions on that account will be considered void. 456bd1 strictly follows age verification procedures to protect minors.

4. Account Security

Maintaining the security of your 456bd1 account is entirely your responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below:

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit

Funds can be deposited on 456bd1 using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳500.

Once a deposit is successfully processed, it will be added to your wallet. Deposit transactions are non-reversible; however, if a technical issue arises, our support team will assist.

5.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests from successfully verified accounts are processed within 1 hour.

  • Withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts.
  • The withdrawal method is not required to match the deposit method, but it must be registered in the same name.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily held in the event of any suspicious activity.
To withdraw a bonus balance, the applicable wagering requirements must be met — see section 6 below for details.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. For example:

  • ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total wallet balance ৳2,000.
  • ৳32,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus → total wallet balance ৳47,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering or rollover requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times. This means the bonus becomes withdrawable after wagering 15 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳15,000 in wagers.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own validity period; the bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
  • The same person or household may not claim bonuses through multiple accounts.
  • Bonus funds cannot be directly withdrawn as cash.
  • 456bd1 reserves the right to change bonus terms at any time.
  • If an attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means is detected, the account will be closed.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

For sports betting, 456bd1 sets the minimum and maximum bet limits for each event. If odds change, the odds at the moment the bet is accepted will apply.

  • Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If a match is postponed or cancelled, the standard rules applicable to the relevant bet will apply.
  • 456bd1 reserves the right to void bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error.

7.2 Casino Games

All casino games are operated using a neutral and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are entirely independent and previous results do not influence future results.

In any disputed situation involving a dealer in a live casino game, the live stream recording will be considered final evidence.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 456bd1 platform:

  • Conducting bets or games in a fraudulent, deceptive or misleading manner.
  • Claiming bonuses or other benefits by opening multiple accounts.
  • Selling, transferring or renting an account to another person.
  • Using software bots or automated scripts to conduct games or betting.
  • Collecting information about other users or attempting to access their accounts.
  • Using 456bd1 for money laundering or illegal activities.
  • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by User

You may request closure of your account at any time through our support team. All active bets must be settled and any available balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by 456bd1

456bd1 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

  • If these Terms are violated.
  • If false information is provided or identity verification fails.
  • If suspicious or unusual activity is detected on the account.
  • If the account remains inactive for a long period (an email notice will be sent in advance in the case of prolonged inactivity).

10. Limitation of Liability

456bd1 will not be liable for the following:

  • Any loss caused by internet disconnection or third-party server errors.
  • Data leaks resulting from security vulnerabilities on the user's own device.
  • Service disruptions caused by unforeseeable events such as natural disasters, war or government restrictions.
  • Any claims based on a user's prior assumptions or expectations regarding game outcomes.

11. Privacy
